MGCCHK 2008 Annual Show -
Sunday 24 February
The MG Car Club of Hong
Kong's 2008 Annual MG Show will be held on Sunday 24
February at the Marine Police North Division Base at Ma
Liu Shui, Sha Tin.
The
show is an event for all MGs, whether they are restored
to Concours standard or not. As long as your MG is
licensed and in driveable condition, it will be welcome!
Our
simple objective is to get the biggest and most widely
representative line-up of Hong Kong MGs out on parade
that we can, from TB through to MGF. So especially if
you own one of the rarer types, please make a special
effort to make your car available for what should be a
very exciting and photogenic day.

1st February heralds the start of
the Club's financial year. So for those members wishing to remain
members thru 2008, please make sure you are up to date with your
fees - if in doubt check with the MemSec(@mgcchk.org)!
6 February - NATTER 'N' NOGGIN
Paul Gross and Lisa are holding the
February Natter at their place in Sai Kung from 7pm onwards. Please
let Paul know in advance, if you will be attending. More details to
follow. Don't forget to take a 6-pack or bottle of wine with you as
usual. If you don't know how to contact Paul, please contact Info(@mgcchk.org).
If you would like to do your
little bit for the Club and be a Natter host in 2008, please contact
the MemSec. Don't leave it to the same few regulars. We are always
looking for new venues, particularly on HK Island.

The Club is always looking for
people to host the monthly natter 'n' noggin events.
Basically we are looking for venues; the
club supplies a subsidy for the food; the members bring the drinks. What
could be easier!?
